Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Your Order
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST on a business day typically begin processing that same day. Orders received after the cutoff or on a weekend/holiday will begin processing the next business day. Processing includes picking, packing, and preparing your shipment for our carrier, which takes 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once your package leaves our facility, the transit time is determined by the carrier. All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.

A business day is any weekday that is not a federal holiday. Weekend delivery is not available.
Order Tracking
As soon as a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website. It may take up to 24 hours for the initial tracking information to update.
Receiving Your Package
To ensure the quality of your items, we recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If the box appears damaged, please take a photo before opening it and contact us immediately.
Carrier Delays
While delivery times are reliable, occasional delays by the carrier can occur due to weather, peak season volume, or other unforeseen events. Our stated total delivery time is an estimate, and Barebellss is not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for an updated address. Re-shipment will be arranged at no additional cost to you.
